1. Introduction 
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to - and use of the - mobile application (the “App”) operated by ©â€¯2026 Inezze SARL, a company registered in Geneva, Switzerland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App 
The App provides tools to verify the authenticity and integrity of digital images (“Service”). Verification results are generated based on technical analyses and data sources available at the time of use. They are informative in nature and do not constitute legal or forensic certification.

3. Eligibility 
Use of the App is permitted only to natural persons or legal entities capable of entering into binding contracts under Swiss law. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities 
You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable Swiss and international laws.

Upload or process only images you own or have the right to use.

Refrain from uploading content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or networks. 
5. Intellectual Property 
All intellectual property rights in the App, its software, design, trademarks, and content (except content uploaded by users) are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

5.1 Prohibited Acts — Reverse Engineering and Abuse 
You are expressly forbidden from:

Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the App or its underlying software, algorithms, or databases;

Attempting to circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security, authentication, or digital rights management features;

Copying, modifying, adapting, sublicensing, or creating derivative works based on the App;

Using automated means (including bots or scraping tools) to access or extract data from the App;

Engaging in any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Service.

Any infringement may result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Swiss law, including the Swiss Criminal Code (Art. 143bis et seq.) and the Swiss Copyright Act (CopA).

6. Data Protection and Privacy 
We handle personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties 
The verification results provided by the App are offered “as is” and “as available.” We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the verification results.
We disclaim any liability for damages arising from reliance on the Service’s results. 
8. Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, we shall not be liable for:

any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, 
-
data loss, business interruption or reputational harm, or 
-
damages to the extent permissible by law.

9. Suspension and Termination 
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease. 
10. Modifications 
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
